Processing and delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment partner and destination. Please review the individual product description before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is included in the listed prices of these five Creative Kits & Keepsakes products: DIY Beaded Nativity Kit, Red Mushroom Embroidery Kit, Sunflower Flower Press Kit, Accordion Scrapbook Album and Crochet Tools Set with Pink Storage Case. No minimum purchase is required for this offer. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Other products and destinations may have separate shipping charges.

For the Creative Kits & Keepsakes products fulfilled through TeemDrop, the supplier estimates 1–3 days processing for most orders, plus 7–15 days in transit, as stated on the product pages.

For made-to-order products, the existing estimate is 2–5 business days processing and 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Production begins after purchase is confirmed.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available from the fulfillment partner.

International Shipping

Available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by product and country; check the product details before ordering. Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact support@thecaptribe.com. Report damaged deliveries within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for applicable conditions.
