    At TheCapTribe™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

    Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thecaptribe.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

    If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

    Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. TheCapTribe™ is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
